Omega 4X SX-7 Black Onyx is a high quality Omega-3 supplement. The concentration of EPA, DHA and DPA is the highest I've had in a fish oil and comes from 1.5g of purified fish oil. The sources of fish oil are also what you want to see with sardine, anchovy and mackerel. Each softgel also contains a great addition of 1,000 IU of Vitamin D. The bottle and softgels have no fishy odor to them like you might find from a lower quality fish oil and the softgels are also enteric-coated for no fishy aftertaste. The softgels are a little larger then a normal sized softgel but are still easy to swallow. The high potency of Omega 4X SX-7 Black Onyx is really great and I highly recommend this Omega-3 supplement.
