More of a vent than anything else...I haven't changed my diet (maybe a 100 calorie surplus on a couple of days from an extra scoop or protein at night), and yet I've bloated up with 2-3lbs of water weight over the last couple of days. No extra carbs, no extra sodium. Just, boom, water.
Maybe it's getting less sleep, maybe it's hormones and I don't realize it, but man, my science brain just wishes my body would act the way I expect it to. Lol.
Anyone else out there with random bloat frustrations?

Has your water intake changed?
I find that if my water intake changes significantly (goes up or down)...I'll retain a couple lbs of water the next day. Once my intake stabilizes, I lose the water weight.Workout Log / Chat thread...Embrace the Dragon: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169711903
