    Lightbulb MCT oil - have you tried it?

    What is MCT oil and how can it be used? I'm curious to see if it could be implemented into my daily diet routine

    I actually just posted about MCT today. I've been using it daily for about 10 days now. I like that it gives me good steady energy in the mornings and seems to help me focus, but from what I've read the metabolic benefits are pretty slim unless you're using it with a ketogenic diet. Maybe try it out and see if it works for you, but personally I'm going to finish off the bottle I bought and probably be done. I'd prefer to get my fats from other sources.

    I add MCT to my coffee in the morning, along with butter and salt. It is essentially a healthy fat substitute if youre keto or trying to incorporate more fat in your diet.

    MCT oil obliterates my stomach every time. Coconut oil is fine though, I put it in my coffee. Coconut oil has some MCT's, but not enough to cause digestive issues for me I guess.
