Hey guys! So I'm new to these forums, and have been cutting for a bit now. I'll post full before and after pictures once I feel comfortable starting a lean bulk, which is what I'm here to ask about. I'm 26 and have been lifting for a while. I'm currently 6'1" (185.4 cm) and 180 pounds (81.65 kg). The pictures attached are me without any pump, and also depleted from following keto for so long, but the lighting is also pretty nice, so I'm having a hard time really guestimating my body fat %.
I've read a few articles saying that it's more efficient to wait to start bulking until you're sub 10%, but I feel like at whatever I'm at now MIGHT be close enough to start a bulk and actually make good progress.
Any help would be appreciated
EDIT: I posted something similar in the "Losing Fat" forum, if it's wrong to have two similar threads open, I am fine with deleting the one in that forum, but I figure the input might be different.

You're in a good position to start bulking now if you want.
People come and go from the site in waves. Depending on when you post, you may get a response right away. It may take a day or so.You can't help the hopeless.
