Whether it be psychological or not, my sexual desire has increased... greatly. I don't notice enhanced energy in the gym other than irritability, especially when doing heavy compound lifts, but I do notice that i feel more focused.
The sexual desire is kind of crazy through, I find myself wanting to just "release" multiple times a day. Although I don't because I don't fap, and my girlfriend is 400 miles away.
Could these results be true, or is it a placebo?
Also, diet:
18 eggs (12 whites, 6 full eggs)
5 scoops whey protein
1 cup of fruit
And the rest of my diet is primarily nuts, nut powder or nut butter
I am currently running 2 suns 5/3/1 also if my workout means anything as far as results go
