This fight card is good and this fight, if anything like the first, should be pretty good.
My heart says Cormier but my head says Jones. Cormier has run through the division and IMO needs this win to legitimize the title. Jones has been out for a while and who knows how the time off will effect his timing ect. THIS is the fight of the year, IMO, not that circus coming up in August.
So who ya got?

Jones. You watch the guy manage distance and out strike his opponent, while all the while forgetting the guy actually comes from an amateur wrestling background. Cormier is a legit fighter, but I think Jones' oblique kicks will make him think twice about going for his bread and butter take-downs.

Exactly this. There are some other good fights, too, like Woodley, Cyborg, Lawler and Manuwa.
Been a while since Lawler has fought, after getting KTFO by Woodley. I would like to see him come back and give Woodley a good fight. Lawler didn't seem like his fierce self in that fight.
Lawler and Cowboy should be a good slug-fest.Helping one person may not change the world, but it could change the world for one person.

Damn can't wait for this one. Don't really care whether it's Jones or Cormier as long as it's a good fight!
I haven't seen Cyborg fight yet other than highlight vids so hoping this lady Tonya puts up a good fight.
Cerrone and Lawler should be awesome assuming they are both healthy. This is the fight I'm probably most excited for.

Ok, picking Cormier. Hard to bet against Jones, but I would have to think Cormier learned something from last time and made some adjustments. Not sure if reduced creatine use will factor in as well. Plus, heard something about a new rule that you can get point deducted for the very first eye-poke. If true, that could be significant.

I wonder if Cormier will need a towel to make weight. I'm going in the bush and won't see the fight until next week, really looking forward to Cowboys fight as well as Cyborgs.

He didn't know what happened and so he thought Big John stopped the fight early. Once he saw the replay, he knew the stoppage was legit. You gotta give the guy a break though -- He just got knocked out from a kick to the head. It is normal to be a little confused after a concussion.
It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.

DC being 38 I wonder if this is the end for him.
Jones calling out Lenser is such a money grab on his part and Broc isn't even on his skill level. Not a fight I'd really care too much about and its a lose lose for BL regardless. I'd be surprised if he'd even take it (unless the money is just that damn good) but who knows.☻/
