Hey all,
So after a long period of disordered eating/over exercise I was at a very low weight for my height but then after I started refeeding myself to restore my health I gained a LOT back-- about 50 lbs and I am now 158 at 5'6" (female and I do have a good amount of muscle as I've lifted on top of high level running for about 3 years but definitely chubby now). I do crossfit 5x a week and I'll throw in some cardio when I feel like it cause I genuinely enjoy it. IIFYM calculator gave me 1959 calories I adjusted macros to higher fat/protein because I get too hungry otherwise; 147g protein, 87g fat, 147g carbs. I've been hitting that every day for over a month now and have lost less than a pound, even though I should be losing a pound a week. I'm hesitant to lower my macros further because of my past but I just wanted to see other people's suggestions for this. I don't feel like myself, I want to lose fat and feel like the athlete I am. Thanks

Yes. It isn't a big difference usually but enough to make a difference overall, Couple that with food labels legally allowed to be off by 20% and you have a recipe for a much higher cal amount than you think. Remember your body doesn't know numbers, only if it's given calories to either lose mass gain mass or maintain mass.
If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough
