    Overtraining or Normal Fatloss?

I am currently eating a diet to help me lose 1lb per week and am currently 180lbs. My arms stayed at 15inches diligently but it seems after I added a super set for my arms I shrunk 1/4" yet I'm still getting stronger and am recovering. For the super set I just added overhead extensions for my triceps and reverse barbell curl for bicep. My workout looked like this.
    Monday:
    Squats 3x5
    Rows 4x10
Pullups ramp to 90lb added weight
    Db curl 3x10
(Added reverse barbell curl superset 3x10)

    Wednesday:
    Bench 3x10
    Lateral raise 3x10
    Leg curl 2x10
    Tricep Pushdown 3x10
    (Added tricep extension superset 3x10)

    Friday:
    Front squat 3x5
    Incline bench 3x10
    Lateral raise 3x10
Dip (ramp to 115lb added weight)
    Row 4x10
    Db curl 3x10
    Overhead ext 3x10

I don't super set on Friday and only do 9 sets of arms per week. It seem after adding the superset I lost 1/4, but I also lost 3lbs and half an inch of fat in other places. I wouldn't have noticed arms got smaller if I didn't measure. I don't seem to notice a great increased amount of definition. I havent lost arm size since first going sub 200lbs. Is this normal fat loss or am I overtraining?

Normal. You're not doing nearly enough to warrant overtraining.
