    Smile Anyone used Gyro Powerball?

    Hi,

I don't normally believe in fad exercises or equipment, so my gym mostly consists of free weights only.

However, i have lightly sprained my wrist and so have bought one of those Gyro Powerballs.

They are supposed to be good or strengthening the wrist, forearm and maybe even the bicep.

I have used it a few times now and i have made my forearm burn!,

Has anyone else used them / had results from using them?

    Cheers

I'm sad to say that I bought one many years ago. I broke my wrist playing softball and saw some positive reviews. I think it's basically a toy.

If you mean rehab results, I have no idea...if you mean arm gains, I would definitely look elsewhere.

I have one (somewhere), but I never used it very much. I found it to be too much of a hassle getting it started.

I do recall, however, that if you really get it going, it can give you a forearm pump.

It's a great finisher to forearm work and yes it will make the forearms burn if can keep it going long enough.
A nice tool to have but not a must have IMO.
