Why is it so hard to message people?

Get used to there being no explanations from the people who run this site. First they largely disconnected bodyspace pages from the forums, and it's gotten progressively worse. As you've alluded to, you use to be able to message someone from their bodyspace page. Now to get from a bodyspace page to the forum you've got to go to the "Community" drop-down menus at the top of the page and find "Forum:Supplements." It's really more a loophole than anything else. The crazy thing is that it works from the other direction, and by that I mean privated messages show up in your notifications on your bodyspace page.

The whole damned thing is insane. Like, thanks for making the bodyspace pages more interactive, but they can not replace the thoroughness of the forums. There is no enough space in a comment you leave on someone's page to get a good discussion going. And, sometimes - many times - you want to be able to pick a lot of people's brains. There is nowhere on bodyspace to do that. The forum is an absolute necessity. I don't get why they think everyone wants everything to reduced to some lazy and superficial social media-styled commenting.
