About March time this year i decided to make a change and for the past 3 month between eating less and going to the gym I've gone from 14.2 stone to 11.9 stone (height 5'7")
I'm looking for some advice please if you wouldn't mind taking a look at my before/current profile gallery..... I've lost around 2.7 stone and i still look Fat but Small, do you think i should carry on with a cut or should i think about clean bulking, main reason i ask is i enjoy lifting but I'm not seeing any results either in muscle gain or strength gain, of cause I've lost weigh but i feel i want to look bigger muscle wise, but I'm scared that if i start a bulk at this skinny fat point I'll just go to looking fat again?

If you think bulk, how many calories should i look to take at 5'7" 166 Lbs
