Hey yall my first post here, anyways if been workout out since I was 15 I'm 20 now and I weigh the most Iv ever have in my life. I'm weighing in at 225 after dinner and I was just wondering what you all think my bodyfat is. In in the Army and their tape test is ****, gets me at 20 % tho I dont think that is too off. I'm trying to get a six pack and have been dieting and upping my cardio this past month and some change. I have lost some fat but I have a long way to go. Pics below. Current estats lol
Bench max: 300
Squat : 325
Deadlift:350.
2 mile :1530. I'm slow as **** rn tbh. Csnt figure out how to post pics to thread from phone, check profile
