    Anyone have luck with a insta pot? Thinking about getting one to help make quick healthy meals in college...

    i have one and like it. it's hardly essential, but it's a good tool if you're willing to use it.

    I love my pressure cooker for boiled eggs and making lots of chicken ahead of time. I recommend it.

    for hard cooking eggs (or soft cooking) a steamer is going to beat a pressure cooker any day. an inch of water in the pot, as many eggs as will fit in your steamer basket, cook for 10-12 minutes. no pressure to deal with, super easy to peel eggs

    I got one and love it. Frozen chicken breast plus water plus brown rice is cooked in 22mins and tastes great
