I am going into my senior year of highschool and i want to continue football into college. I start at right guard for my school but i want to move to fullback. Am i big enough and strong enough? Im 5'9" and i weigh 210lbs, im 17 years old and my bench is 275, my squat is 530, my incline is 245, and my powerclean is 270. I run a 40 yard dash in 5 sec flat. Am i a good build to do this switch?

Beyond it not mattering what we think and what your coach thinks, you'll need to focus on how you'd actually play in that position versus your stats and how you're built. The reality is that your coach cares about the latter, not the former.
"I'm pretty sure your wrong, but care to elaborate..."

Are you being recruited? Time to start. Get your film ready and get to work, unfortunately you've missed all of the college camps this year. How involved does your coach get in college recruiting for his players? If he works hard to get his players recruited then he'll probably mention to coaches that you would make a decent fullback but that you played o-line because he needed you there. My son played o-line his senior year in HS but plays d-line in college. His HS team needed him to play o-line because of a lack of depth.
