    Bench Press:

Weighted Dips, Close Grip or Slingshot Bench, and Push-Press. (*Heavy upper back work is also important)

    Deadlift:

Front Squats (helps me off the floor), box squats (usually with a SSB), and various types of variations (rack pulls, accommodating resistance with bands/chains, etc.)

    Squats:

Never been a great back squatter or really cared much about it but my squat has been strongest when doing a good amount of overall lower body volume including machines, squat variations (box, bands, SSB), etc.
