Need help: low test and LH

Hi, guys! I am not bodibilder, but have very common problem for bodybilders - low test.

I found this problem 7 years ago, when visited urologist and make tests of hormons. After that I already chenged about 15 urologists and NO ONE is cannt explane me, why I have low test.

2 year ago I met one bodybilder trainer, and he explane me everything. I make some tst of hormons and find 2 problems:
- low test
- low LH

I start my cours with Tribulus+clomed+zink+anastrazole+tamoxifen and did it few times.

After that test litle grow up: from 280 till 350 (reference Range 300-900).

1 year ago I come to USA. And here is very dificult to bay drugs without prescription. I viswited couple of urologists and.. same problem, that fake brane but not understend what need to do, and thay didnt give descriptions.

Also docs twice gives me suggestion to start testosterone therapy, but I am afraid to do it.
Right now I have :

TESTOSTERONE FREE 279 ng/dL (reference range 300-900)
LH 2.1 (2.0 - 12.0)
VITAMIN D 25 (30-100)

FSH 2.8 (1.1-12.5)
PROLACTINE 7.7 (3.3-19.7)
ESTRADIOL <20 (<20-77)

Guys, mb someone here understand what kind of drugs I need and can bay without prescription (in vitamine shope)?
Am I right, I not need testosterone therapy and can try to grove up my test?
