    Total Baseball Training Workout

For any baseball players out there-
I've developed a total baseball strength training workout and would like to share it with you all. These excersizes develop explosive power throughout the body, which forms the basis for the game of baseball. Only the excersizes are included, so choose your own reps, sets, and weights. Let me know what you think.
    Ben

    Back Squat
    Single Leg Squat
    Walking Lunge
    Deadlift
    Upright Row
    Dumbbell Shoulder Press
    Lat Pulldown

Throwing together a list of exercises and calling it "a workout program" is ****ing stupid. And how exactly will those exercises develop "explosive power"? Power is "(forceXdistance)/time)" how do you develop that with anything you've listed? You wanna coach? Do it half right, read a few books.
