I need to know if i'm eating enough for optimal muscle growth?

Im 17 and go to the gym after college 5 times a week. I'm 5'7 and around 165 pounds/ 75kg (In decent shape). I usually just have a banana for breakfast, a brown bread sandwich and some fruit for lunch. I then go to the gym and after my workout i'll drink one protein shake and eat 3 chicken breasts with 400g of broc**** which i would usually separate into two smaller meals. I'll end my day with a few rice cakes. I'm really looking for muscle mass growth and i'm just wondering if i'm eating enough or whether i should increase a certain type of food to get optimal results and not waste my hard sessions in the gym.
