Hey !
Do you think this Kinobody program writed by Greg would be better than other one in order to build muscle or not ?
The program is composed of 4 specialization phases (Chest+Back; Shoulder; Arm; Superhero) and is divided in a 3 day split.
For instance, during the first phase, i'll have to do that :
Monday :
- Weighted pullups
- OHP
- Bent over Db Row
- Incline Flyes
- Lateral raises
Wednesday :
- Squat
- Deads
- Leg ext
- Calf raises
- 2 ex of abs work
Friday :
- Incline bb bench press
- Flat bb bench press
- Cable rows
- Incline db curl
- SkullCrushers
(I'm not adding reps and sets, it wouldnt be fair for the author).
If you don't think it's a good routine, can you advice me an other one ? I can't really workout more than 3 times a week because i'm in superior school :/
Thanks for reading,
Regards.

What you listed isn't even a routine. That is just a list of exercises. But it's still enough information to recommend not doing it. Frequency is too low.
Read the stickies and look around at reputable novice routines such as Fierce 5, Starting Strength, All Pros, etc. Pick one and follow it. Check Nutrition Forum stickies. Track calories and carbs/fat/protein daily, as well as bodyweight. (www.myfitnesspal.com is popular for this)
Edit: Without sets/reps (and progression protocol), it's not a routine and can't be fully reviewed...but again...once per week frequency pretty easily tells us that you can and should do better in your routine selection, anywayLast edited by Farley1324; 07-09-2017 at 06:45 AM.

There’s two major pieces here, 1) sets and reps, like the other guys said it’s hard to review without all the information. 2) every three days is usually okay IF you choose the right workouts. Watch Athlean-X “Bro split” video, and he talks about choosing the RIGHT exercises for YOUR workout frequency. I personally like Greek God program better, because it can be a strength gains AND a bulking plan, I don’t see how that works as well in Superhero Bulk.
