    Muscle imbalance

Hey so every upper body workout I do my right side is significantly stronger than my left side. Even while benching my right side comes up while my left takes another 3-4 seconds to come up. Any advice on how to have my left side catch up to my right side?

Eventually, if you commit to this lifestyle.. your imbalances will become less noticeable.
But in the mean time, you could do isolated movements and start with your weaker side first?

You can try swapping some of the barbell exercises with dumbbells so your right arm can't help your left.
