Before i started working I walked 3000-4000 steps a day.
Since I started working I walked 15,000 -18,000 a day.
Thats roughly an additional 450 calories burned. So this is where it gets me. If I really did burned 450 calories a day, then Id be only consuming 1400 calories a day. Thats
a unsafe amount of calories to cut... But if I were to eat the additional 450 calories, then I have to wait an additinal 2-3 weeks to find out if it really works or if I am
maintaining.
I also work out roughly an hour a day with coffee as energy or else I feel depleted after work.
Basically my question is that would you personally count in your job, and daily steps as calories burned so you can eat more? or no.
and also i been drinking coffee at work for energy too, so I am not sure about signs of too low calorie intake. More so last 2 days, I upgraded to 1900 calories just in case. and sundays, I eat 2200 calories.

If I eat 1800 calories, but I walk (15,000 steps) at work- should i count it?

Don't even worry about steps or anything your activity tracker says. I put in 25k+ steps at the hospital and move some heavy fatass patients all day.
Started factoring in all the "burned calories" that MyFitnessPal counted from my Fitbit and my progress stalled out. Ignore all of itMISC Blood Drive (MOD REPS): https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=175220881
