    Question Finishing up supremacy, next cycle question

    I am finishing up supremacy right now, have about a week and a half to go! Loved it! Leaned out, kept strength, even increased strength on certain lifts. Definitely made a difference in body recomposition! Will def run again in future. Stomach was able to adjust after a few weeks. Plan now is to start up x gels and triumph. While keeping my staples the same. Pre post intra and u recently added daa cause I had bulk laying around. Yikes the stomach issues with that are real! Will c if it does anything for me. Do you guys think I can go rite into x gels and triumph, since they r different compounds than supremacy? Also does anyone have any thoughts of that stack, or any better, different suggestions, to keep going with the recomposition, lean out? Open to new thoughts and ideas! Thanks guys. Currently using hemavol, compete intra, jym post, and bulk dextrose. Protein via powder and food post and throughout day as needed and where it fits my diet. Diet has been in check and has had a huuuuge impact on cuts and abs! Thank you guys! Look forward to hearing your thoughts!!!

    There shouldn't be any negative interactions to using X Gels and Triumph.

    I'd say your best bet with a true re-composition and leaning out is going to lie in your diet and training. Personally, I like to do HIIT about 4x a week when cutting while in a manageable caloric deficit. I like to use a spin bike and do a program on Aaptiv (I think it's free for 30 days, but then it's 9.99 a month). It makes the 30-40min go by quicker.

    Meant to also ask if I need to be concerned with joint issues with xgels , and if there is a good joint supps that is recommended while using xgels. Thanks!

    X-Gels + Tr1umph is a great stack. They're synergistic too, as Tr1umph contains soy lecithin (acts as an emulsifier for ArA) as well as LCLT (prevents conversion of ArA into unfavorable metabolites). You can start that now, don't have to wait (Tr1umph can be run year-round, and no overlap between Supremacy and X-Gels).

    I wouldn't pick up any joint supps that have anti-inflammatory properties while running X-Gels, since they'll interfere with ArA's MOA. If you really start having issues, Genoflex is solid, but dose it as far away from the ArA as possible, since it does act as an anti-inflammatory.

    good information to know, thank you, had no clue about the joint supplements interfering with ara! I've read different reviews on X gel's, some people have joint issues some don't, hopefully I won't .

    X Gels and Triumph is a great combo, work well together as stated above. DAA is worthless, honestly i'd just throw it in the trash but that's just me.

    Don't be afraid to play around with the ArA dosage. You can start at 1g pre workout (4 capsules) and move up from there. 6 caps was where my sweet spot was, but i could run 8 at time with no real DOMS or joint issues. Others can't even come close to 8.

    Thanks for the advice. Again i've seen a bunch of different dosing methods, and I will play around and find my sweet spot. Is pre workout the norm for taking ara, with or without food , or doesnt matte?

    Sweet man! Sorry I forgot to check in with you. Glad you had an awesome run with Supremacy!! It's effects on body comp is well documented with users, I love it.

    -For leaning out, do high intensity cardio like recommended above. I like sprints on curved treadmills or wingates on stationary bikes for this. Obviously diet is important, but
    -I tried X-Gels during my over-training weeks with my PH3 program and really didn't notice much from it aside from pumps. My joints are pretty sensitive to products have inflammation properties (especially Potassium Nitrate for some reason) but didn't have any issues with X-Gels.
    -Use X-Gels PWO. I found 6 caps to be my sweet spot as well ^^

    Some people complain about joint stuff I've never noticed anything and I've went a little above the suggested dose..and leaning out will be all about diet and cardio

    Hey guys thanks for all the info! I just started the x gels, and triumph, and winding down the supremacy, been about 12weeks of supremacy, 3/day. #1.thoughts on running 1 more bottle of supremacy while starting my 1st few weeks of x gels and triumph? 2.Or is it not a good idea to run supremacy any longer without a Break? 3.Also I'm assuming it's ok to jump rite into x gels with no break from supreme due to different compounds, hope so!!! 4.Another question, is pre workout, 45-1 hr a good time to take the x gels, then drink my pre? Bottle recommends taking with food? Is that something most agree on? 5.And finally, do I need to dose my vitamins, cla, and fish oil at any different time the Current times I've been taking them? 6.Will it effect the strength of the x gels or triumph? In an earlier post it was mentioned not to take a joint supp due to interference, and if it was needed( not using yet, hopefully won't) to dose it far apart from the x gels, wondering if the cla fish oil or vitamins could cause similar issues with ara's MOA. Thank you all so much! Trying to crush this! Results with supremacy and IN CHECK DIET, have really been awesome so far! Wanna piggyback that in to more success! Thank you all!

    It is recommended to take a break after running Supremacy for 12 weeks straight due to the length. Glad to hear your results were great, ArA (X gels) aid in the muscle building process, its recommended pre workout (on days) due to its unique muscle inflammation properties.

    The rest of the supps take as you have. In the future I would use Supremacy as the cornerstone of the stack after your break for better results.

    A break is fine... truly you really don't need to take a break after supremecy to add in x-gels but it wouldn't hurt.

    I'd run two bottles of X-Gels and then take a break.

    I would personally say no longer than 8 weeks of x-gels and I don't think you will find any others suggesting much long either!

    Quick update on the x gels. Just finished 1st bottle. Noticeable STRENGTH GAINS after 2nd week. So far so good. Taking 6 a day, after starting the 1st week at 4/day. I like 6/day, is it worth bumping up to 7/8 day, all at once or split up? Or stick with 6/day? And 8'weeks seems to be the max run correct? Thanks so much guy! Loving it so far!

    I've taken 4, 6, 8, and 10 a day. I noticed no difference from 6 - 10 a day, other than I had no money. The gains were the same.. at some point your body just can't take anymore, so stick with 6. I'd rather do a longer cycle at 6, than a shorter cycle at 8.

    Was reading up on x gels and had a question about my fish oil and Cla dosing. Should I dose both further away the x gels than not, or just fish oil, or just cla, or no difference? Saw a few different opinions, threads were older though. Same question with vitamins, does it matter if dosed at similar time to x gels? Also I've been taking 4 x gels on off days? Is it worth it, or just skip it all together ok off days and take 6-7 on the 5 workout days? Thanks so much guys. FYI strength has gone up for sure!!!

    Glad your strength is going up! I'd space the fish oil out, but I think regardless, you should drop the CLA.. it is known to be pointless from all I've ever read.

Usually take 1st dose of fish oil around lunch time, the x gels around 6pm then 2nd dose of fish oil around 10pm. should i take both doses of fish oil post x gels?     What's a good abount of time to space out fish oil and x gels, and is it better to take fish oil after x gels or is it still a timing issue? Is it the same for cla too? Thanks!

    I would take your entire fish oil dose, and the CLA in the morning. No need to split up fish oil doses. I would also recommend digging up some research on CLA. It's not very effective, if at all, for fat loss.
