Training for strength without nutrition and calories

I have a 185 lb bench something like a 250 lb squat and a 315 lb deadlift and I'm 16 so I'm new to training. Can I train for strength in my favorite lifts while maintaining or even being in a calorie deficit? I'm thinking because I'm training my nervous system and not training for hypertrophy i shouldn't have any difficulty increasing my lifts especially because I'm new to it anyways. So my question is do I have to eat more and gain weight to increase my lifts or can I remain lean and the way I am now?

I think you have serious misunderstandings about how his stuff all works.

you need to eat more. And should be eating to grow at 16 anyway.

Size = Strength. Yes some of the weight increase comes from being more proficient, but you still need to put on muscle.

Sure it's not like puberty is meant to become a full size man. I personally hate being over 140 lbs

You're 16. Eat at a surplus, hell even just +500 and let your body get stronger.

Being 16, keep it simple; eat big to get big (and strong). Unless you're legit overweight, no 16yr old should be in a caloric deficit. I don't even like the idea of a 16yr old counting calories. You're 16 dude. Enjoy life right now. Worry about tracking and over thinking stuff later on down the line.

You need to eat 4-6 healthy meals a day. Don't eat a bunch of **** food. You can eat and gain "healthy" weight without gorging on stuff that will cause health problems later in life. At 16 your body is still developing and growing. Don't worry about cutting, unless of course you're going to get ready for a bodybuilding contest
