    Cutting Phase

    First time posting on Bodybulding.com forums, also, this is my first "real" attempt at a cutting phase.
    I'm 21
    6'0
    172lbs
    I started my cut back on May 8 and I weighed in at 183lbs, so yes I have been losing weight and I do see changes in my body.
    But, I have been feeling recently that my workouts have been slaking and I've been feeling drained throughout the day.
    I've been consuming less than 150g of Carbs a day, less than 30g of Fat per day and over 250g of protein per day with roughly 2100-2300 calories.
    Do these numbers seem right for someone trying to lose BF?

    The fat is very low man. Don't ever go below 0.25g per lb of bodyweight for fat or you will start to have issues with normal hormonal regulation - not a good thing.

    The carbs are also low which is probably contributing to how flat you're feeling.

    Drop some protein to make up those numbers - a likely better split for your 2200kcal would look like:

    180g protein
    82g fat
    185g carbs
