    Had a client meeting, got chicken fajitas (we went to a fantastic Mexican place in the Cherokee Street neighborhood of St. Louis - you can't NOT get Mexican food there). The fajitas might have been more than I'm counting up. I basically assigned a few tbsp of oil, 6oz of chicken, a cup of vegetables, and then about 1/4 cup each of beans, rice, sour creme, and guac. But I had some chips too that I'm forgetting.
