    Teen Muscle imbalance

Hey guys I'm 14 years old and I'm 6'3 and 188 pounds. I have noticed after looking at myself through medicine cabinet mirror doing that weird thing to see my image flipped, that my right shoulder is way smaller than my left. I'm a right handed person. And am stronger on my right arm so I really don't understand why it's smaller in the first place.
If you need to see pictures or something or have any questions I'll check in as often as possible.

    Thanks.

I have the same problem, what I've been doing is just the same excercises for my left arm just either with heavier weights or more reps.

This is normal, my left arm is slightly bigger than my right arm (even though my right arm is stronger). It's probably all in your head anyway but you shouldn't really worry about muscle imbalances at your age.

Damn you're tall. Also be more specific? Is it all three delt heads or just your anterior delt? I'd do isolation exercises with dumbells rather than barbells to get more even sizes.

Your problem is most likely just a lack of muscle. Starting workout with a proper novice routine and your muscle should even out over time.
