Can't sleep 8 hours in a ROW (sleep problems)

Dunno where to post this so
Just noticed that I'm actually not getting 8 hours of sleep, I may be in bed for like 9 hours but barely sleeping 6, like 95% of the time
    For example
Today I went to bed at around 1 AM
took me over 1 hour to sleep (maybe more)
Suddenly woke up at 6 AM for no reason, so that's over 4 hours of sleep there (I remember 1 dream)
took me another 1 hour to get back to sleep, its like my body doesn't wanna sleep
from 7 AM to 10 AM I woke up once again somewhere in the middle, took me about 30 mins to go back to sleep (dreamt 2 times here)
woke up again at 10 AM and said fk it cant take this anymore
So thats overall about 6 hours of noncontinuous sleep
If it wasn't for bodybuilding i wouldn't give a fk sleeping 5 hours but I can't seem to continuously get 8 hours of sleep without waking up inbetween dreams and it's basically like this everyday, just the time between waking up and getting back to sleep varying, and also it's not the noise that is waking me up since my alarm is off
I don't know what to do should I go to a sleep doctor or something?
Does it make a big difference for gaining muscle/managing fat?

Look up sleep hygiene. Make sure the room is dark, temperature is cool, and noise is low. Why are you awake at 1:00am? If you are well rested throughout the day and not tired at all you are probably getting enough sleep. Google the epworth sleepiness scale and post what your number is.

melatonin can help, dont drik water 2-3 hours before bed time (this kills me as sometimes i forget and i need to take a piss 2-3 times in the middle of the sleep)
