First! Thanks for opening up the promo to your Canadian friends up north.
The two supplements I can't live without:
1. Fish oil. Essential fatty acids are so important for optimal health and well being. Most of us don't consume near enough omega 3 fatty acids and a good quality fish oil supplement makes that easy to fix.
2. A high quality pure whey isolate. I am not a big eater. There is no way I could hit 1g of protein per pound of body weight without 1-2 shakes per day. I also really enjoy the taste of shakes and you can't beat the convince factor.
BTW I love the new look of the amino pro containers!
I'm not picky when it comes to flavours but I would probably pick orange.Trevor Kouritzin RHN, B.ENG

1. Pre-workout, lifting cold-turkey w/out the pump & endurance performance enhancement is quite difficult and increases your chance of injury, especially if you don't stretch thoroughly.
2. Whey protein since it's the most bio-available form of aminos and necessary if you're a vegetarian (otherwise, I'd say Intra-workout which sustains the pump & endurance through bcaa/eaa, cell volumizers, etc.)
I'd also choose orange stim-free

1. PROTEIN POWDER: Because it contains all of the key aminos my body needs to grow and repair. Leucine and Isoleucine being the key ingredients and it's convenient in times when you can' get in real food.
2. CREATINE: In my experience, it helps me recover faster, build muscle a tad bit faster and it gives me extra endurance.---- COUNTRY MIKE APPRECIATION CREW ----

IN on first page & for support
2 supplements I can't go without is a Preworkout, especially since I manage a business that involves educating kids.. and in need of a PWO that also has cognitive benefits to focus on my passion
And another whey protein.
Only use 1 scoop a day with instant oats as my preworkout shake so it doesn't sit heavy on my stomach!

if i could only have 2 supps they would probably be Whey Protein and Creatine. here are some of the reasons i chose those two...
WHEY PROTEIN
As a foundation for muscle gains, quality protein supplementation is without equal. And the best absorbed form - often used specifically post-workout, and with meals to round out one's protein balance - is Whey Protein. Whey Protein has a high biological value and is extremely convenient to take. Whey takes the crown because it digests fast and gets to your muscles rapidly to start building muscle.
CREATINE
Anecdotal reports and scientific studies alike find that guys who take creatine gain a substantial amount of bodyweight and increase strength dramatically. Creatine works in a number of ways. For one, it increases the amount of fast energy in your muscles needed to perform reps in the gym. The more of this fast energy that's available, the more reps you can do with a given weight, allowing you to get bigger and stronger in the long run. Creatine also draws more water into your muscle cells, placing a stretch on the cell that increases long-term growth. Most recently, creatine has been found to increase levels of insulin like growth factor in muscles, which is critical for stimulating growth.
the thing i like most about these two supplements is that they are PROVEN to work. no hype, no BS....just results.
if lucky enough to be chosen i sure would like to review Amino Pro in the Lemon Lime WITH Caffeine version.

Awesome as always!
Though I'd love to say whey isolate (absolutely in love with ISO-100 Cinnamon Bun), I can gnaw on enough food sources. Actually, I'm going to through that in the groceries category - whey is not a supplement!.
- Greens or Superfoods Powder - it's hard to get all the natural micronutrients from food, with the way everything is stripped or overprocessed these days. This fills in the nutritional gaps, increases antioxidants, and just so much good stuff. Fortunately mine has a full complement of vitamins and minerals, too.
- Test Booster - I'm old. It makes me nicer to be around and also helps with my busy lifestyle like the above.
Why do you make it so hard! - I love my preworkouts and meenohs! and a couple other essentials like fish oil; but maybe I can just eat more wild-caught coldwater fish.
Thanks for the opportunity maing... oh, and sweet packaging! You have anything to do with that? Still lurking my local store for those chocolate coconut bars.Last edited by InfiniteRecomp; 06-29-2017 at 08:08 AM.

Just here for support. Dymatize killing it lately. As for me:
1) Pre-workout: After working all day I need a little something extra to help get my mind right. I could work out without a PWO but who wants to do that?!
2) BCAA- kind of controversial for some, but I love sippin on them while working out. I do feel as if I recover slightly better while taking them compared to when I didn't.
While I have a few things at protein at home, I use them sparingly because I'd much rather eat my food then drink itAE APE results thread: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=144074851&p=867099761&viewfull=1#post867099761

If I could only choose two, this would definitly be a tough choice.
After some solid thinking, id have to go with
1) Protein: A protein powder has always been part of my supplement collection. Need to get the right amount of protein in order to fuel your body the right way. Also, I dont tend to eat much protein in my diet so I would need to supplement my diet with a powder. In the end, thats what they are here for. Plus, with the products that are on the market. it is so enjoyable to actually make a shake and drink it after a workout. very refreshing and tasty!!
2) Creatine: With the amount of studies done on this supplement, everyone here should know that the benefits that creatine can bring to someone are incredible. It is not an expensive supplement either and lasts an extremely long time. 5 grams for 3-5 times a week is enough for someone to increase their results in the gym and see the results in the mirror so thats my second supplement
Dymatize really hooking people up, goodluck to everyone in the promotion. That lemon Lime with Caffeine looks great not gonna lie!

Cool promo idea!
1. A protein powder, finding a protein powder that mixes well with me is tough and then being able to conveniently get a good amount of protein in a shake is nice. Plus eating the amount of real food I need to get my protein is tough for how big of a guy I am
2. Amino acids, I mostly drink water in a day with the exception of my intra amino that I take at the gym so that is nice to add a little flavor. Also I play paintball on the weekends and it is nice to come back from a point or two and sip on some aminos. I think that is when I see the most recovery not so much when I am lifting.

suckup - but not bad.
Defnitely agreed. I may have to change mine to ISO Cinnamon Bun and Orange Dreamsicle or Birthday Cake. Not only are the macros sexy, but so is the marketing - haminahaminah
And - I always keep that in mind when you guys have been soooo generous. Dymatize does it big, too. Most companies give to one, two, or five people. 30?!?!?!“God will not have his work made manifest by cowards” - RWE
