These days I can't go without:
- A good preworkout. It might even be placebo sometimes, but I feel like a good preworkout really gets me in the mood to lift. Once I take it, it's almost like I can't waste it so I have to have a good lift.
- Aminos. I drink so much water throughout the day and during my workouts that I've gotten kind of sick of plain water. Aminos help break the monotony (and the recovery and endurance benefits are also pretty nice).Stop it. Get some help.

I'd like to try out Amino Pro. Maybe it can help me during my early-morning cardio sessions.
Two supplements that I would not want to do without are:
1. Caffeine. I think that's about the only way I'm able to get up every morning at 4:00 am and run/workout. Also helps me get through the long workdays at school trying to wrangle teenagers. Lol.
2. Protein bars. I know this isn't really a "supplement," but the convenience factor for getting in my protein-on-the-go is essential during the workday. Tasty bars that pack protein are hard to beat.
Bonus Supplement: Creatine (or a product that contains Creatine). The benefits of creatine are well-documented, and I feel like it has helped me with my training over the years.
Thanks for running this generous promotion. Hope you are doing well, man!

I hear the new dymatize PWO is pretty good
That is disappointing as my bday is in a couple weeks, guess i wont buy any
Some people are just crazy!
Yea, next level down!
I have cinnamon bun in the cabinet right now, its no match for bday cake and therefore doesnt come close to competing with Orange. Cinnamon couldnt lift Orange's warm up sets...Blues Hockey is life! I live for pain and disappointment.

I've had a couple tubs of cinnamon bun. It's definitely good but the flavor is a bit light - most of my protein-only meals are "sludges" and I've got to have that strong flavorgasm.
Orange Dream is legit, but I prefer it on occasion vs. every day. It's a special treat, you know?
We haven't even started talking blends yet.......Fudge Brownie + Banana#Mensan

1. Ashwagandha. It is hard to beat all of the benefits it provides and it is dirt cheap. Additionally, this is something that can be ran without cycling too often. I like it for its cortisol, stress, and anxiety reducing abilities. I also like to use it because it has been shown to increase testosterone, body composition, and increase workout performance. Here are some good articles.
If healthy people take 3-5 ashwagandha capsules every day, their muscle strength and lean body mass increase and their fat percentage decreases. In addition, taking this herb, which is used in the ayurveda tradition, reduces the chance of cardiovascular disease. Researchers at the ICMR Advanced Centre for Reverse Pharmacology in Traditional Medicine discovered this.
If infertile men take three capsules containing Ashwagandha β Latin name Withania somnifera β every day for a couple of months, their testosterone level rises by 17 percent and their sperm cell concentration increases by 167 percent. Doctors at Mahalaxmi Clinic in Mumbai, India write about it in Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine.
If bodybuilders or other strength athletes take ashwagandha they build up more muscle and lose fat more quickly, write Indian researchers in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition. The researchers tested a daily dose of 600 mg ashwagandha extract on men were doing weight training for the first time in their lives.Compared to the placebo subjects, the group treated with ashwagandha had significantly greater increases in muscle strength on the bench-press exercise
2. Creatine. Again, it is a cheap supplement and is probably the most studied supplement. Creatine aids in increasing size, strength, performance, and recovery so it is hard to overlook. There are also new studies that show creatine can help with nutrient partitoning. Even if that is not ture, the benefits I mentioned previously are well worth the investment.

Lemon lime and orange sound freakin awesome. Those are 2 of my favorite flavors of gatorade :P
2 supps I would choose
1. Creatine- There's so much science to back it up. It's one of the few supplements I feel actually will do something and there is proof to back it up. The supplement industry is just that-an industry to make money, so I can be skeptical of supplements and their claims.
2. Whey Protein shakes- It's food. It's a very easy way to get a quick high does of protein. I love them and rely on them daily. They're also have a very high bioavailability value (meaning how well your body can use the protein)The 2 most important things to me when training are 1. The Muscle Mind Connection. and 2. Intensity

In for support!
I would say preworkout and protein shakes are the two things I cant go without. I need that extra kick some days and a nice flavorful shake at the end of a workout really hits the spot.βUh, Later Dudes. S you in your Aβs, donβt wear a C, and J all over your Bβs.β

Never will stop being funny to me. I guess it's cuz we all thought you were pissed.
I guess it might be one of the less sweet/strong ones. I know you like Bday Cake. That is definitely one of the more sweeter flavors.
I would love icing with pretty much any of the flavors.
Smooth Banana is another underrated one. Barely mentioned, but very tasty! I don't even like banana either.
1 is an interesting answer. Wasn't expecting that one!

Well, plain and simple..my answer would definitely have to be creatine (monohydrate, preferably) and whey protein powder
Nothing fancy, but these are my two staple supplements that i take daily and i find help the most
Creatine, i take because it is one of the most effective of the legal supplements when it comes to improving anaerobic capacity and lean body mass... I take it because it is tried and tested..and it is cheap! :P
Whey powder, i take because it would be hard for me to reach my daily required macros without it! Due to the work i do, i have a hard time eating large meals during the day, so i rely on whey shakes to help me meet my daily goals. Plus, i love the taste of a chocolate whey shake with a banana in the morning!
Anyways, win or lose, thanks for giving us Canadians a chance! And good luck everyone else!Last edited by dubbwebb; 07-03-2017 at 01:45 AM.

My two choices would be creatine and BCAA. Why?
Creatine for muscle energy and strength whether you are bulking or gaining doesn't matter.
BCAA for recovery especially on a cut but important any time you damage muscles.
Yeah I know Multi and Fish Oil but I don't consider them supplements as there are too essentialCome follow my journey on IG @1armlifts

Sick promo! The two supplements I couldn't go with out - have to be Creatine and Protein. Creatine has been tested, tried and dissected inside and out and is proven. Protein, simple, I have a lot of cutting to do and when dropping meals, needing to get something in on the go, quick and easy, a clean protein does the job!
