I very seldom drink anything with sugar or artificial sweeteners but maybe once or twice a month I will squeeze lime juice and add some liquid stevia to break up the boredom of only drinking water. I'm sure once and a while is okay but what about users who have it daily. What are the effects? Does it trick our body into releasing insulin? Any articles/links would be great.
