    Getting a lot of mixed estimates using different methods. Anybody have a decent guess at my current bf %?

    It just doesn't matter. I'm being serious when I tell you to not even think in terms of percentages right now. You're very high and in your range it's extremely difficult to come up with an accurate number so don't fricken worry about it. Concentrate your energy and thought process on the more important things related to fatloss

    This x10 I def agree as usual with Tommy! It's very high no doubt and not even worth concerning yourself over a mere number but def well over 20%. Time to clean up your diet and get active as you have at the very least 30-40lbs (hell maybe even more) to loose before you are looking at least somewhat lean. Good luck though and please do not let this discourage you, instead make it fuel you!

    you won't have a spotter to help the hard part of a deadlift.

    As said...I wouldn't worry about any kind of arbitrary number. Just go by the mirror. Continue to make diet/lifestyle changes.
