im 1,88m and 186kg (52.3bmi (6.1 feet and 410 pounds))
Hi, i have been lifting weights for about 1 half weeks now, and i love it, since i have semester break right now, and have been going allmost every day, i have been looking up online on how to do weight lift training correctly, since i dont have anyone to teach me, or be there when there people i could learn from (i prefer to do my 1 hour workout when nobody else is there)
And while i so far also have allready seen some resuluts (i can feel muscles i befor didnt knew even where there) i was wondering what the right diet is, i want to continue doing weight lifting instead of cardio, beacus for guy of my size cardio completly kills my joints + i cant do most of it, while when lifting weights, it basicly the only thing i can do without being unablee to move for days.
Normaly if you dont eat enough to get your min amount of calories, you would lose muscles and fat, but is the workout i do (so far about 1 hour every day, even thoo my muscles really hurt, i guess i kinda feel in love with lifting weights allready) enough to keep my muscles from not going away ? specialy since i live in asia, and normaly people dont eat a lot of protein but more carbs with rice and vegs and only little meat. Should i consume extra protein, or will my body be fine using up the reserves of fatt i have for now ?
