    how will weight loss correlate to vertical jumping

    - im 6'2
    - 8'0 standing reach
    - 240 lbs
    - 18 inch vertical as of right now

    My goal is to get my weight down to 180, is that enough to start dunking/ how large of a impact will this make on my quickness / explosiveness ?

    Test your vertical, then tie a 60lb weight around your neck and retest. That should give you a good idea.
