Hey everyone,
I've been very serious since later last year in terms of tracking macros and cutting down. Lately more than ever, I've been even more serious about it and don't want to mess this up.
I hope this is the right section for this. I posted a few pictures (full front unflexed, side unflexed, front flexed [the picture with a slight body turn]) and was wondering if anyone can estimate my BF %? These pictures are all right in the morning, not a drop of food or liquid. From what I've been seeing, I think I'm around 15-18%, but not 100% sure. I'm currently cutting on 2500 calories with about 190p, 85f, the rest carbs at around 182-184lbs (scale never tells the truth!). I'm just hoping i'm on the right path here and knowing my BF % should help me nail down macros.
Thanks in advance!

I'd like to also note - I'm currently doing Fierce 5 and continuously making progress upward. I know it's progressive overload program and not typically recommended on a cut, but before this month, I was mostly eating at a maintenance level (which is why I think my gains still exist).
My current plan is to cut down toward 11-12% BF then start a bulk while continuing Fierce 5. I'm kind of just debating whether I want to pursue more of a powerlifting path or bodybuilding. While doing Fierce 5, I've grown a love for the barbell and full body lifts (squat, DL, RDL, bench, OHP, etc.) which is making me consider powerlifting and going for big numbers. Sounds newby, but I also watch some powerlifters on Youtube and get pretty motivated by them.
Any thoughts on my diet plans are appreciated. I'm just kind of rambling on the whole BB vs PL thing. I may just make a new thread on that topic eventually.
