Been progressively overloading for 7 weeks now while in a deficit and also increasing total volume, so obviously pretty fatigued at this point. A routine 330 double with better form than last week's 325 is pretty cool, but I'm going to lower the volume for the rest of this week to see where I'm actually at next week with 335, since I think I'm close to overreaching
