    Unfortunately I have to call it on Smolov for the time being because the elbow tendonitis is too painful to lift through (I squatted 195 today because I couldn't use my left arm to put 45s on the bar lol). Gonna do a bit of a cut in the next few weeks while I wait for my body to stop being trash at everything. Disappointed with the situation but there's some solace in knowing I pushed myself to my current limits
