    Critique my bulk

    Whats up guys,

I have just finished my cut and got down to my lightest weight since the 8th grade (202 lbs) I was 260 lbs a year and a half ago and I am really happy about my progress.. Now that I am at a lower body weight I am ready to crank up the dial and begin a bulk and get strong again and big.. I am going to put my Macros that I have came up with myself and if you guys have any tips/ think certain macros are too high please feel free to comment below.. My goal weight is around 240 lbs by march of next year..

Also, my body parts that I really want to blow up are my arms and legs so I am going to allow myself a "cheat meal" on those days of training (if you think this is or isnt a good idea feel free to let me know)..

    CALORIE Intake:3.8-4k
    FAT:117g

    CARB:480g

    PROTEIN:200G

I think if you gain 38 pounds in 9 months the vast majority of that will be fat. Quite possibly 25-30 pounds will be fat, and you'll end up close to where you were when you dropped from 260 to 240.

Assuming you already have a decent amount of muscle (hard to know without seeing your pics or knowing your lifts), you shouldn't try to gain more than 1 pound per month if you want to minimize the fat gain. Skinny untrained individuals can get away with more but I can't imagine you're skinny at 202 pounds unless you're extremely tall.

    How tall are you?

I don't think a cheat meal on training days would be ideal, but that depends on what you define as a 'cheat meal' If you're already plan on eating 3.8-4k in calories then it won't be much of an issue if you eat a pint of icecream honestly. Thats a ton of calories as it is so really just eating that much in general should be enough. I wouldn't even worry about a 'cheat meal' and just focus on hitting your numbers.

I typically do a cheat meal on the weekends because of going out to eat with fam etc.

How low was your deficit when you ended?

Did you calculate your surplus with a calculator or you just decided to go that high?

If you required 1750 to cut then your maintenance is not 3600, unless you were losing 3+lbs/week.
