    Program for my wife?

My wife is 5'3 and 151lbs. She's been cutting for a while (started at 183lbs) and is making excellent progress.

She is in a 500kcal deficit and her current workout consists of 3/4 days a week of 30 mins on cross trainer (elliptical cardio machine) and some basic exercises like ab work, bodyweight squats etc.

She has decided she wants to start adding weights into her routine as she lost a bit of muscle in her cut and wants to try only lose fat (Or as close as possible)

I have no idea at all what program to put her on as i'm still a beginner myself. I've just finished ss5x5 and now starting Viking's barebones ULPPL but I don't think either would be suitable for her goals as she's not looking for mass or strength.

    Can anyone help out?

she wont add mass cutting anyway.
Not sure why those won't be suitable. But Fierce 5 can always work

Why wouldn't starting strength be good for her? She needs progressive resistance so any decent beginners progressive weights programme that focuses on form would help

If she wants it wrapped up for girls then New Rules of Lifting for Women or Strong Curves are decent books
