only took me about 25 years, haha

2. Great job. Monster bench for any bw, even more so for 181.

I'm trying to figure out how you got the 501.7lbs? You have 220kg (485) with the 20kg plates. What's the white plate and the microplate weighing? Isn't it more than 501.7? I thought maybe the white plate was a 5kg looking at your training footage.

you know what, haha you are right, just counted up the weight, I miss loaded it that's 232.5kg or 512.5
well thanks for pointing that out.

20kg bar + (10)20kg blue plates + (2)2.5kg white plates + (2)1.25kg silver plates = 232.5kg
maybe that is why I thought it should have been easier.

4. Damn bro good stuff. Mirin.

5. Jonathon crushing the puss on the bench. good job

Is the white plate a 2.5kg or a 5kg? If it's 2.5kg it's 227.5kg. If it's 5kg it's 232.5kg. I think you've made a typo and are actually saying the white plate is a 5kg though? I did notice you were calling 507 in your training footage what effectively looks like what's loaded without the microplanes and 507=230kg. Hence I thought the white's were 5kg plates and it looked like 232.5. Hopefully what I'm writing makes sense.

Great lift regardless.

7. Awesome lift! I hope to break the 500 pound barrier someday but at a heavier bodyweight.
