    How much protein should I intake daily?

    I'm in quite a dilemma. Some websites say per pound of bodyweight to consume a gram of protein. Other sites say less. My question is, is it necessary to eat that much protein because I find it difficult to consume that amount in a day. I only weigh 95.6 pounds, but I only consume around 60 grams of protein daily. I've gained some muscle, but I was wondering if there are benefits to increasing my protein intake. Thanks

    Either .8 grams per pound of bodyweight or 1 gram per pound of bodyweight. The difference between the two is pretty negligible.

    I'm 145 atm and eat 140 grams a day. No problems so far.

    Arnold Schwarzenegger said in a video to have 1g for however many lbs you weigh.

    meh not trying to offend anyone but arnold was a steroid user that just feeds off the supplement industry.
    0.75g per pound of bodyweight is more than enough, at least for bulking it is.
