I'm in quite a dilemma. Some websites say per pound of bodyweight to consume a gram of protein. Other sites say less. My question is, is it necessary to eat that much protein because I find it difficult to consume that amount in a day. I only weigh 95.6 pounds, but I only consume around 60 grams of protein daily. I've gained some muscle, but I was wondering if there are benefits to increasing my protein intake. Thanks
