    Dhea & dim???

I've recently started taking DHEA for a variety of reasons and I feel great but in looking further into it I've heard of guys who get back side effects like gyno because it can make your estrogen levels increase.
I've taken DIM in the past with other test booster supplements as a precaution and never had an issues.
Just curious if I should in fact take DIM while I'm taking DHEA?

Also anyone else taking either? I'd like to know your thoughts, opinions or results with either.

    Thanks for any advice.

You're not going to get gyno from any herbal supplements.

DHEA is a hormonal supplement and can lead to elevated estrogen dependent on dose. this is not an herb

I3C is superior to DIM and DHEA has poor oral bioavailability

Right so I was wondering if I should be taking DIM to counter any estrogen raising effects. What do you think? I've been doing research on this but in men it's mixed reviews about side effects. I'd rather be safe than sorry and have taken DIM in the past when trying test boosters.
I realize DHEA as a testosterone booster is controversial and everyone has an opinion but I'm not just taking it for test. I'm mainly taking it for its general feel good effects that can help with mood, outlook and also the added strength and whatnot that come from taking it. I feel great but it's only been a little over a week.
It didn't dawn on me that I might need to take DIM or another estrogen blocker to counteract any hormonal effects.
    Thoughts?

I looked for IC3 online and couldn't find it. Does it go by anything else? Also I'm on a tight budget so looking for something that helps but is affordable as well. Thanks for any added advice.

Whether or not you should be taking DHEA would depend if you are low in it, but yes, if you are taking DHEA, I would definitely recommend to take DIM with it. DIM will block the estrogen.
