Okay so my left chest is kinda bigger than my right chest, when I feel around it I can feel a bump on the left one, just at the top; I think I included a picture...
Often its hurting right there but on the other side its the opposite. The chest is flat, doesnt hurt and no bump so I can work my low pec too, but I cant on the right side cuz all of the chest exercises target the bump.. and I get no "lower" pec tension. PLEASE HELP!?
Did i f*ck up my chest forever? Do I need to go to a doctor? Should I start with some stretches to fix it?
