Hello,
Ok so I just want to see if this is a good meal plan, I have been doing this for a few weeks but I would just like to check and see if this is actually good and will help me increase my weight and muscle size
Breakfast: 2 cups of oatmeal Banana Protein shake Cup of Milk and water
Lunch: Sandwich (contains 10 pieces of turkey or ham, with a few slices of lettuce) 1 cup of baby carrots 1 Apple 2 cups of water or milk
Dinner: 2 chicken breasts, with a bowl of shredded lettuce, 1 cup of baby carrots, 1 banana
Snacks(during the day): Crackers, other fruit, protein bars, or a lot of water
