Hey I'm curious to figure out an answer to this,
You know competive eaters, that we see on YouTube that do like 20k food calorie challenge etc.
I want to try it for just a laugh but I don't want to like complete **** up everything up nutrition wise, I'm in dece shape been cutting for ages and probably shouldn't be cutting but just cutting anyway coz got a holiday coming up and then after I want to try a like 10-20k challenge and was wondering if I wanted to do it how would I adjust my diet towards doing it like I do train 5x week and have quite an active lifystyle and job is high so it's not like I'm going to ever get fat from it but I don't want to ruin everything and was wondering if anyone would know how to do it and plan in the running up to it aha
Sounds mental but I'm up for trying it out with my mates like 20k food challenge

I don't get why people do this. What do you hope to get out of it? I get it for people who are popular on youtube and make money due to all of the views and for people who enter competitive eating contests and are able to make money out of them. Otherwise I worry people set themselves up for disordered eating by going down this path. I just don't understand any potential benefit that can be obtained. You will without question gain fat any time you attempt this.
All that said, there is a competitive eating sticky in this section. If your heart is set on doing this then you can ask in there.
