    Pec muscle lacking

    I think its genetics, my upper inner pec on left side is lacking the mass when compared to right side. I do incline flys and cable flys what are some other gd workouts to build it up?

    Also lower pec around nipple area what workout recommended? I do db decline, i feel that that area is lacking muscle as well. Feels muscle Above nipple

    You just do flys? Bench press is so good for pec development, with barbell if you're worried about symmetry. Flys should be an afterthought.

    (Weighted) dips are great for the lower chest.
