I think its genetics, my upper inner pec on left side is lacking the mass when compared to right side. I do incline flys and cable flys what are some other gd workouts to build it up?
Also lower pec around nipple area what workout recommended? I do db decline, i feel that that area is lacking muscle as well. Feels muscle Above nipple
