Shoutout to iSatori for giving me the chance to log BIO GROW for a month or so, shipping was super fast as well! I will be the perfect test for this stuff because of my training and the type of recovery that I need. Also super excited to finally be able to do a log again after being a rep for so long!
Here is a little background about myself, I am currently 25 but have been working out on and off since high school. I was always obese as a kid including having diabetes and asthma. At age 16 I was 290lbs at 5'7 and had a goal of joining the military after high school so I started to workout extremely hard, it was before I really knew what I was doing but I was doing cardio 5-6 times a week. At age 17 I ended enlisted for the military at 200lbs and with the encouragement of my recruiter I cut down even more to 187lbs to be able to make weigh in at MEPS and have the job of a Signal Intelligence Analyst. Unfortunately I was in a pretty bad car accident before my boot camp date and it DQ'd me from fully joining. Between dealing with the injury and dealing with my mother fighting cancer over the years I fell into the trap of eating bad again and being lazy which led to gaining more weight back up until 226lbs. I decided then that I really needed to workout so I did, but this time I wanted to gain a good amount of muscle first because I never had problems cutting fat before in the past.
This is me at 246lbs
1 1/2 years ago after buying my first home, I bought a power rack and free weights for a room in my man cave. I workout 100% from home and do my cardio outside since I live 5 minutes away from a very hard section of The Appalachian Trail. I bought this stuff instead of a gym membership to help motivate my girlfriend to get more confident with the barbell and free weights, but to also prove to my friends that transformations are possible from home with the right equipment, routine, and diet. So with that said I decided to bulk at 226lbs, the opposite of what everyone told me to do. I stayed the same weight for my first months bulking but finally started to get good strength gains up until 265lbs in April 2017. I started my cut 2 months ago and I am down 19lbs to 246lbs and looking to get down to 200 or so with plans to slow bulk then cut down to 185lbs.
I will be able to put BIO GROW to the best test because I have long lifting sessions that are from 1hr-1hr30min and I hike 2 times a week along a super steep part of the Appalachian Trial that takes about 4 hours or so round trip. Hiking and Lifting together makes recovery pretty tough so it will be nice to see how BIO-Grow helps me!

With having the stomach bug I stayed home from work today and got in a hike in hopes of kicking this sickness. I took 3 scoops of BIO GROW and put it in my protein shake, I am currently using Alpha Pro Nutrition's Grass Fed Whey. I mixed it in the blender and it mixed perfectly, I noticed zero difference in the taste/flavor so good job on the unflavored aspect.
Here is a cell phone view from the top!

Thanks for doing this log for us man!
As much as I enjoy the flavored Bio Gro the versatility of Unflavored is nice since it has never altered the taste of anything I have mixed it in.BB.com Article

Nothing like having your own gym at home and I've been training pretty much ALL my life from my home
and if I do go to a commercial gym to train it's when I go to either help someone with their training or
maybe to get in a workout using a few different pieces of equipment that I may not have at home but
once I have to chase down dumbbells or wait for someone doing barbell curls on the squat rack I REALLY
appreciate my home gym. Looking forward to see if Bio Grow can help you maintain your strength as
you diet down and drop some weight.

Today was upper body, tomorrow I will be doing legs. Lately I have been hitting my upper twice a week along with my lower. I have been taking 6 scoops daily in my normal protein shakes with no issues whatsever so far even on my off days, in fact my recovery has already improved. The weather has been perfect here and have been getting in a 2 hour hike every single day, like I said before recovery was always a issue for me because of how much I hike. I will admit that I didn't eat healthy over the weekend but I am going to try make up for it during the week.

Normally my incline weight is lighter but in this particular workout I was more focusing more on chest instead of tri's but I can lift a lot more with flat bench vs. incline. Plus my wrist are a pretty sore for some reason so I haven't been lifting high numbers. For the next upper day I am going to do without the reverse grip flat bench and bump up the weight for regular flat. But yeah man it is legit forsure, can't wait to see how your log finishes out as well.

Thank you!
Bump! Bio grow has still been helping with recovery. I have been cutting hard and have no strength losses so far.
Yesterday's workout consisted of
Leg Day
Stiff Barbell Deadlifts 5×10
Front Barbell Squats 5x10
Back Barbell Squats 6x10
70lb Weighted Vest outdoor drive way lunges
Plan to hit upper again today and will update again. These 4th of July cookouts are making this cut so hard lolFOLLOW BIO-GROW LOG - https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=174278071&p=1509311051#post1509311051

Finally down to my last few scoops of BIO GRO.
My verdict is that the stuff is pretty legit, I feel like it is pretty beneficial in the recovery category. It really helped me hit my legs hard twice a week but still be able to finish my hikes without much fatigue towards the end like I normally get. This stuff will not do the work for you by itself or give you gains like a cycle obviously would but I think that it should be used as often as creatine(not saying its better than creatine). And its pretty weird but I feel like it gave me a nice pump but not blood pump, more of a visual pump which I loved. I plan on getting a tub to just add into my normal protein/creatine shake. I may try some of the flavors in the future but I am sticking with the unflavored since it did a good job.
Thanks again to the ENTIRE iSatori team, it was a pleasure.FOLLOW BIO-GROW LOG - https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=174278071&p=1509311051#post1509311051

Thanks again. And for what it's worth try to avoid terms like cut and bulk. Create a plan that is your foundation year round and simply adjust as your goals change. This allows for more flexibility and you set yourself up for success.

Thank you, that's actually what I prefer to do. The first time I cut the 90lbs it came right back in a few years just because I didn't have a year round foundation just as you said.
