    Unhappy Protein fluff stopped fluffing?

    Hey,
Been making protein fluff for about a month now - but after my first week (which gave crazy, fluffy volume) it’s started to deflate and become more liquidy. Here’s what I used yesterday:
    - 200g frozen berries
    - 40g bulk powders whey
    - 200ml unsweetened almond milk
    - vanilla flavdrops
    1/4tsp xanthum

( I have also used egg whites but it’s just getting more liquidy this week. Is it possible to overfluff or am I using too much liquid or something? The volume just isn’t there.)

    Thanks

My recipe for fluff, which always works, is:

    - 80g frozen strawberries
    - 20g casein (I used muscletech platinum)
    - 10g Xantham gum
    - 12g FF/SS jell-o
    - TWO club soda cans (330ml each)

    Cheers
