Hi Guys,
Just looking for a bit of help with my deadlift as my back round off the floor.
I have done 230kg although the same happened with my back which seems to have a negative impact on my lockout.
Any help is appreciated.

link doesnt work for me.
usually rounded back deadlift goes like this.
Set up - maybe looks ok. Then the person pulls and their back immediately rounds before inertia breaks, they clear the knees, then they hitch while unrounding the back, then completely drop the weight at the top.
If yours is anythign like that, lower the weight to where you can pull it off the ground without rounding. If you can't then you're not ready to lift that weight. Get over it. Second thing is practice slow eccentrics with perfect neutral back. Most people who round a lot are the same people who drop the weight every time.Last edited by jonglo; 06-23-2017 at 01:14 AM.
