    Keto to Clean Bulk

    Hey everyone,

    Started my first Keto cut 2 months ago, went from 188 at 15% BF to currently sitting at 167 at 8% by eating 2,100 calories at 65/30/5. I'm interested in starting a clean bulk at the end of July, is this a good idea? Should I ease back into carbs to maintain leanness? Goal is to put on around a pound of muscle a week, recommendations on best clean bulk macros would be appreciated. Thank you!
