Polo is the largest exchange by far and offers short positions unlike bittrex, bittrex is also in the USA and will be subject to the long dick of uncle sam before the other exchanges, that said, it has an easy to learn interface and i trade on it.

My money is on TenX mainly because i got in super early in the deep red BTC pre-fork period. I'm also super psyched by their almost daily Youtube updates. There's also not enough hype around MCO for a shuttle-launch imo. Hype is what's needed in crypto for moon launches. I'll chill and hold with all my PAY tokens

FB mines your data everytime you login to their site. They know your full name,family relatives,friends,gender,age,interests,favorite sex position,etc. They also read your browser history,text messages,browse through your photos,app lists and what not. That's why they're trying to sell you crypto.

I dont see a coin specifically aimed at dentists even reaching cloud level,nevermind moon.
